Janie Ranger

Janie Rangers work is as organic as most of its influences. An avid collector of curiosities, paper memorabilia and natural detritus, she refers to these for inspiration. Whilst not drawing directly from them they inform the work creating imaginary gardens and landscapes which hover between the real and the abstract.

Each year I open our house along with other selected artists in the community as part of the Open Houses.

Welcome to Art at Number 10, a Grade II listed building with its high ceilings, huge bay windows pouring in plenty of natural light and well- preserved original features, itself full of curiosities and collectibles. This serves as the perfect backdrop where you’ll find an eclectic mix of artists and makers showing their works.

This year for AOH Festival Number 10 will be featuring 20 fabulous local artists and makers. There will be art for all purse sizes and tastes including;
